Encouraging Bravery and Fearlessness In Life

Sometimes all we need are little reminders here and there that we are completely capable of bravery, or really anything we set our mind to. Affirmations are emotional support and encouragement to keep striving for excellence. They help overcome negative and self-sabotaging thoughts by pushing positive ones into the mind. I release fear, tension, and stress

I understand that being afraid will hold me back

I will live in my fear until I face it head on

My courage will be stronger than my fear

I envision myself strong and confident always

I breathe in bravery and breathe out negativity

I will take bold action in spite of my fear

I allow my natural confidence to shine bright

I exude courage and bravery

I will not be afraid of the unknown

I am freeing myself from the shackles of my doubts and fears

I am no longer afraid of what others think
